Courtney's WHY
Doterra has completely changed and transformed my family's life in so many ways! When I was first introduced to Doterra essential oils it was because my son was struggling with seizures and all of the different kinds of medicines he was given would not stop the seizures. Not only were the seizures bad but, the meds he was on for them had awful side affects. Taking the advice from my dear friend, Jessica Ryan, I started using Frankincense daily on my son. Since then we have been SEIZURE FREE!!! This was a huge game changer for our family and an even bigger blessing. Doterra essential oils are now an important part of our daily life and they continue to amaze and heal us. This "gift of the earth" is a gift that keeps on giving and I will be forever grateful for Doterra!

I'm a Silver Wellness Advocate with doTERRA, where I share my passion for helping people make lifestyle changes for the better. I LOVE everything the oils have done for my family, & the path it can create for financial freedom. If I had to describe what I do each day it's empowering women & families by sharing an option in healthcare that's safe, natural, & non toxic. Our essential oils are therapeutic & it's the first line of defense in my home and a great compliment to western medicine.
Since spring of 2016, doTERRA has become my full-time job (next to being "Mom") and I love working with like-minded men & women and supporting them to create an environment that's much better than before doTERRA arrived. So it's not a job to me, it's a lifestyle.

SARAH’S WHY
I was born right in heart of Texas on one of the largest cattle producing ranches in the area. This is where we used to grow the healthiest Hereford Cattle and the best tomatoes in our garden. What seems like many moons later I have a sixteen year old daughter, who lights up my world. Now we are back to growing cattle and tomatoes in our garden. Approximately 10 years ago my mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. We thought that we were bound to life with modern pharmaceuticals. But I was wrong. After visiting with Jessica (the oil mama, ceo), she helped us begin our journey with essential oils. The difference the oils made in my mother’s life now has impacted our everyday life. Now, I am a doTerra Wellness Advocate and a doTerra Certified Essential Oil Specialist. I am very excited to share all of my knowledge with others to give them a gift of vitality with essential oils.
Kari Maisonet
Kari's WHY
Attending my first workshop I was a skeptic. During the workshop I heard the most powerful and moving testimonial from the educator and to my surprise, I found myself vigorously scrawling down nearly everything she was telling us. At the end of the class, I wanted to FIX my friends, my family, my DOG! It was funny how I, the one who probably needed the most attention paid to her physical and emotional health, made a “list” of those who needed fixin’ first!
After being pumped full of hopes, drugs and hormones for years, I had just surrendered to a battle with infertility, only to find out that I had an un-diagnosis blood disorder and genetic mutation which inhibited me from ever having the ability to carry a pregnancy. To add insult to injury, all of the artificially added hormones had started to cause me to develop blood clots, landing me in the ER about four times a year. This chapter of my life wreaked havoc on me physically, spiritually and emotionally, but I started using the oils regularly and incorporated the Life Long Vitality and digestive health supplements and the havoc started to subside as I was building a solid foundation for my internal chaos. I decided to take control of my life and for the first time listen to my own voice — not what other people thought or what the doctors thought or what I thought was true from the media.
This workshop gave me a wakeup call and forced me to truly examine and start to heal my mind, body and spirit. And to do whatever it takes to get myself to wherever I need to be. Whether or not people agree with or believed in what I do.
And through all of this I realized — my true passion is for helping others. Specially (and ironically) around education and awareness of health and wellness. The things that saved me are such basic truths and fundamental rights, yet no one talks about these things. I felt that I had to go through this whole process so I could share my story with others, and also meet some amazing innovative wellness advocates who have paved the way to my ongoing journey, who I am forever indebted to.

frances’s WHY
I began a holistic journey over 30 years ago when my son struggled with ear infections. While other moms were having tubes put in their children’s ears, I refused. Instead I cleaned up my son’s diet, took him off milk and put him on a holistic antihistamine for a short time. Within a week the ears cleared up and he never had an ear infection again. Since then I have sought to educate myself in alternative health options. Over the years I have had other health challenges both of myself and my family members. I also created a business advocates for individuals with disabilities focused mainly on seniors and behavioral health. Essential oils were introduced to me in 2010. It took me awhile to get on board but once I did, I was hook. This was the missing piece for me both personally and professional. My personal mission is to help change the face of mental health. Doterra helps me accomplish that by giving us fabulous support and resources not just through corporate but through our teams. In addition, knowing how to use the oils in a more clinical application was important to me if I was going to incorporate this into my business. Last year I committed to go the extra mile, becoming a certified Aromatherapist. I am so thrilled to partner with a company that is aligned with my vision, has integrity and is focused on supporting the people that create the product and sell the product. This people, is a movement not just a company. I have confidence that when a put a bottle of essential in the hands of someone I love or serve that they are getting the best. Who knew 30 years ago when I started this journey that I would be lead to Aromatherapy as an intracule part of fulfilling my mission? I know that the possibilities are endless. We’re just taking our first steps toward giant leaps for the future of healthcare. I am proud to be a part of the huge role doTerra will play toward advancing healthcare with alternative solutions.
Jaclyn Dluski
JaCLYN'S why
I have three passions: doTERRA, Court Reporting, and everything CRAFTS! Creating, crafting, drawing, painting, and pretty much anything artistic has always been a hobby of mine. Most people think of me as a craft queen. Before I go much further, my name is Jaclyn Dluski, but most people call me Jax. Since I was very young, I have always crafted, created, and designed things to relax and decompress from the day. Aside from my crafting life, I have also existed as a student for quite some time. I have a Bachelor's Degree in French and am currently studying to be a Court Reporter. I absolutely love court reporting, but also love to create and design in any way that I can. When it comes to my third passion, dōTERRA, I was looking for a way to combine my passion to create with my love for essential oils. I have been using essential oils daily for five years. They have completely changed everything in my life from the DIY products I now use to clean my house to the way I maintain a healthy emotional state throughout everyday trials. Essential oils have improved my lifestyle, my health, my anxiety, and even my studies. I have been looking for a way to share that with others. I found that I could combine my passion for art with my love for dōTERRA by creating fashionable shirts and other merchandise that bring awareness to the power of essential oils. I want people to see my designs and ask, "What is Copaiba?", "How can essential oils help me?" Everyone deserves a chance to improve their life by lowering the level of toxins and chemicals that find us on a daily basis everywhere that we go. Essential oils can empower you to fight the battles of this modern world. I hope you love what you see. Happy Oiling!
Catherine Gaberek, RN
Catherine's WHY
I grew up in a what I call an off the boat European home: Being the 1st generation to be born in the USA, both my parents coming from farms in Poland. We were never quick to run to doctors or take medications. Someone always had a remedy for whatever it was. I grew up and went to college to become a RN!! How amazing, my parents were so proud. But my way of thinking over time went from remedies to what I was taught to do. Fast forward 10 years, I was married had 3 beautiful children and no clue other than the medical world. My youngest son was diagnosed with Autism at age 2.5. Our world came crashing down. Every hope, dream, wish was gone. I very quickly learned that there were many things I could do to help him. Whatever his life was to be was ok, but I could do everything possible in my life to make sure his quality of life was the best possible. Ridding our home of toxic chemicals was my top priority. DōTERRA came into our lives at the perfect time. I didn't know how much I needed a safe resource and support for everything. I will forever be grateful for walking into that class one day. Lukas is on his way, surpassing every goals that was ever set for him. His quality of life is amazing. Is it perfect? Is it what we expected? Nope, its even better. You see Lukas is my teacher and guide. We all live and lead a happier, healthier life today because of him. Now with my medical background, education and Eō knowledge.... I strive to empower others to do the same. YOU are not a victim. YOU have the power to change anything you want in life. I love watching the transformations that occur everyday in people. DōTERRA makes those possible.
Dawn Nagel
Dawn's WHY
Intergrative health coach; Since starting with doTERRA in 2015, my “why" has always been about my son. I want the ability to provide for him financially and have as much time as possible to spend with him. doTERRA makes it possible for me to allow him to say “Yes” to all of the amazing opportunities that life is presenting to him now and in the future when he heads off to college. As my son has gotten older, my why is now also more about me. I want the financial freedom to not have to go to work everyday for someone else. I want the gift of time, to spend it as I want to spend it, with my family and friends as well as helping others. I have always felt the need to be in service of others. I am so very lucky as doTERRA fulfills all of this for me.
